Timothy James Syquiatco, a close friend and classmate of Richard Lim, Jr., entered the construction materials arena in 2010. Together, they established Top Armada Cement Corporation, distributing Republic Cement and later Mabuhay Cement. Syquiatco’s role as Chief Sales Officer reflects his expertise in navigating the complexities of the construction materials market, extending their influence to islands like Romblon and Northern Mindanao.

In charge of logistics for the past three years, Duane S. Young has significantly grown Buildmart PH’s fleet. Andre Christopher C. Bernardo – Chief Marketing Officer and Industry Veteran
Andre Christopher C. Bernardo brings nine years of experience in construction supply distribution through Beraga Road Solutions. His company has been a key player in Southern Luzon, distributing a range of road safety and construction solutions. Additionally, Bernardo, along with Richard Lim, Jr., co-founded Beraya Trading Corporation, expanding their footprint in cement distribution across Negros, Leyte, Palawan, and Samar.
